Refund & Returns Policy
At Sapori Direct, we take great pride in the quality of our Sicilian food products. We carefully select and import artisanal items directly from trusted producers and thoroughly inspect all products before shipping.
As our products are food items, our returns policy differs from typical retailers:
Quality concerns: If you’re not satisfied with the quality of any product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery explaining the issue. We’ll assess each situation individually and may offer a replacement or refund.
Damaged or defective products: If any product arrives damaged (e.g., broken packaging) or defective (e.g., signs of spoilage), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect items: If you’ve received items different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection and replacement of the correct items at our expense.
Perishable nature: Due to the food nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of correctly delivered, undamaged items that have been opened.
Allergen information: Please check product descriptions carefully for allergen information before ordering. We cannot accept returns based on allergen concerns if the information was clearly stated on the product page.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded except as required by law.
Contact us through our Contact Page or email hello@saporidirect.co.uk within the timeframes specified above. Include your order number, the affected product(s), and details about the issue.
Attach clear photos showing any damage or quality issues where possible. We’ll respond within 24 hours during business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where products arrive damaged or incorrect.
We stand behind the quality of all our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
